Cat Cafes in Tokyo

Tired?  Stressed?  Overwhelmed by life in the big city?  If you’re in Tokyo, you can stop at a cat cafe, drink some tea, get covered in cat fur and just relax.  Cafes are stocked with cats and cat toys, and allow patrons to interact with the furry beasts, or just to watch them.  An article in The Christian Science Monitor describes the 7-8 cafes as a cultural trend, and includes perspective on the importance of cats in Japanese culture.  It also warns of possible consequences when those sharp little claws get to your coat.
